When you attend one of Tower Construction Training packages, you’ll learn all aspects of the brickwork trade over an intensive 8 week period and on a full-time basis.
The practical skills you’ll need for a career in the construction industry as a builder can only be effectively learnt through demonstration and practice, so you’ll learn predominately ‘hands-on’.
You’ll learn all of the practical skills of brickwork, from the very basics through to more complicated processes, as well as the theoretical aspects and a real understanding of how our industry works.
Our instructors are time-served brickwork specialists with decades of experience and knowledge of life as a brickworker in the construction industry. They will train and assess, support and guide you through every element of the course.
Health and Safety is paramount in our industry, so you’ll also learn the importance of safe working practices in the bricklaying trade. The construction industry, like all industries, makes demands and has expectations of its workers, so we’ll also train you in valuable and essential employability skills such as punctuality, attendance, communication and teamwork.
You’ll leave the course with a qualification, you’ll be ‘industry ready’ and fully equipped with the skills and knowledge you’ll need in order to progress to building your NVQ Level 2 portfolio.
